BOSTON — (June 13, 2016) – Metropolis has rolled out a new website for a startup that is creating a lot of industry buzz: Vesper, developer of the world’s most advanced acoustic sensors. Metropolis worked closely with Vesper and Vetrano Communications to redefine Vesper’s brand and to create a new responsive website design. Custom photography and videography was done Metropolis and Jeff Cutler.

Vesper serves the massive market for MicroElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS) microphones, which capture voice/sound in billions of electronic devices. Unlike other MEMS microphones, however, Vesper’s are the only ones that are rugged enough to withstand water, dust, oil and particle contaminants. They’re also very high-performance, enabling acoustically rich experiences for any application – from smartphones and wearables to Internet of Things (IoT) devices and connected automobiles.

“Creating a new design for a website – or even changing an existing one – can seem like a daunting challenge. There are many design firms in the field, and it’s difficult to know whom to trust without it feeling like a gigantic leap of faith. When I began working with Metropolis Creative on a complete redesign of my startup client’s website, that leap felt very comfortable and not at all intimidating. Mike Flint is a good listener, and is able to work with his creative people to translate what my client needed into the digital realm. The project came in on budget and met our timeline – and the end result was a visually appealing, intuitive and very compelling website that will help to elevate my client’s brand. In short, Mike Flint and his creative team at Metropolis are of the highest caliber.”
