Michael Flint:
owner, principal
Michael founded Metropolis Creative in 1999. Prior to that, he was Senior Graphic Designer for 4 years at Sullivan Creative in Newton. Michael has taught print and web design courses at Northeastern University and Bentley College. Speaking engagements include The Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Mass Health Data Consortium. Michael holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology and has won numerous design awards. When not at work, Michael enjoys sketching, brewing beer, and gardening.

Jake Rainis:
graphic designer

Jake originally joined Metropolis through the Northeastern University co-op program and is now back as full time graphic designer. He is also the head designer for The Collective, an urban clothing company based out of Boston. He enjoys designing dynamic and interactive sites as well as visually pleasing print pieces that engage users and keep them coming back for more. In his spare time, he enjoys throwing darts, producing music and going to shows.

Ana Jimenez:
project manager

Ana hails from Barranquilla, Colombia. She came to the US to study at Northeastern University where she graduated with her BS in Graphic Design and Photography.  After working as an Artwork Planner for P&G/The Gillette Company she returned to Northeastern University and earned her Masters degree in Project Management.  Ana is excited to combine her project management skills and passion for design at Metropolis Creative.  Skipping the Starbucks line, Ana wakes up with a cold can of Coca-Cola each morning. In her free time she enjoys foreign movies, fashion photography and scouting new restaurants in Boston.

Francisco Dias:
graphic designer
Francisco is a Graphic Designer who enjoys learning the basics of foreign languages. In the past he has done design work for an international bank as well as Northeastern University. He spends most of his spare time practicing footbag, photography, or picking apart visual effects in movies and television.

Alexandra Moran:
graphic designer

Alex's first love is crafting. Whether its a serious undertaking or a tiny afternoon project, she always has something she's working on. She has enjoyed interning at Moore Moscowitz Design and working with Idea, Northeastern University's Venture Accelerator. She has a great interest in motion graphics, and tries to pick apart how commercials are made. Alex adores games, typically of the board and card variety. Currently her game of choice is Boggle. Also, she has been known to have turtle races with her two red-eared sliders, Rosie and Gilbert.

Metropolis Creative is a graphic design studio located in Boston's South End.

The Metropolis team builds close relationships with clients to create marketing pieces that best reach their target audiences.

For over a decade, Metropolis has created graphic and web site designs for Emerson College, the World Society for the Protection of Animals, Intuit, Equity Office, Holly Cleaners and The Medical Foundation.
