Michael Flint:
owner, principal
Michael founded Metropolis Creative in 1999. Michael has taught print and web design courses at Northeastern University and Bentley College. Speaking engagements include The Boston
Chamber of Commerce and the Mass Health Data Consortium. Michael holds
a BFA in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology and has won numerous design awards. In addition to being very active with MITX, Michael actively serves on the board of directors of SEMPO Boston, Newton Girls Softball, and is the President of the Angier After School Program in Newton, MA. When not at work, Michael enjoys sketching, brewing beer, and playing hockey.

Matt Reynolds:
graphic designer
Matt signed on as a designer at Metropolis after earning his degree in graphic design from Mount Ida College. He has a huge respect for design in all forms, whether if its featured on a pizza box, or on his car windshield in the form of a ticket stub. He is a huge fan of coffee & minimalistic designs on white backgrounds. When not at work, Matt enjoys hiking, photography, and snowboarding.
Chris Gladney:
graphic designer
Chris started as a developer with Metropolis Creative in 2011 after working as a freelance developer/interactive designer in the year following his graduation from Northeastern University in 2010. While he graduated in Finance & Entrepreneurship, Chris has always had a deep rooted interest in technology and draws on experiences both from school and his prior sales & marketing career to create optimally intuitive user experiences. Outside work, you'll find Chris chasing thrills in the Boston restaurant scene, at the next big electronic music show, or jumping out of a plane.
Kayla Armando:
project manager
Kayla has a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Connecticut. Previously, she was the campaign coordinator for Joe Broder who ran for CT State Representative in the 48th District. She also worked in the district office of Congressman Chris Murphy (CT-5) and on his re-election campaign this past November. In her limited spare time she enjoys running, reading, BBC comedies and making chocolate chip ice cream! Other experience includes delivering baby goats on her farm in Connecticut.
Tiffany McMeen:

Tiffany has a BFA in Communication Design from Texas State University. She is passionate about all forms of design, art, and book binding. Tiffany strives to learn more about design with everyday of work in this exciting field. In her spare time she enjoys painting, book binding, running and dancing.
Kristin Annon:
graphic designer
Kristin is a graphic design student at Northeastern University. She is very interested in Typography and has a minimalistic design aesthetic. In her free time she loves to take photos and explore the city.

Metropolis Creative is a graphic design studio located in Boston's South End.
The Metropolis team builds close relationships with clients to create marketing pieces that best reach their target audiences.
For over a decade, Metropolis has created graphic and web site designs for Emerson College, the World Society for the Protection of Animals, Intuit, Equity Office, Holly Cleaners and The Medical Foundation.
