Figure out your next step to becoming a homeowner.
The design of this site was dictated 100% by understanding their target audiences and their needs. First, we wanted to let users select where they were in the homebuying process. Once someone self-selects where they are, the website can communicate a more relevant and personal message. The goals for this site are varied, from offering users early checklists for buying a home to helping them find an affordable mortgage and financial institution.
Custom Search Interface
We designed a custom property search interface to help users discover homes based on their preferred price, beds/baths, age restrictions, and accessibility status. Users can search by exploring the map or scrolling through the individual listing results on the side.
Mortgage Comparison Chart
We designed a mortgage comparison chart to provide qualification insights for each product based on the user’s information from the home affordability calculator.
The Results
MyMassHome has a website that uses bright colors and engaging and diverse photography to engage with first time homebuyers. The search tools and site navigation are intuitive to use for everyone.
